Prosecutors charged a Collinsville, Ill., man last week with criminal damage to property after he allegedly parked a bulldozer on railroad tracks shortly before a train ran into it in January 2008.
The collision seriously damaged a CSX Transportation locomotive and the bulldozer, which was stolen from a construction site. The suspect, Nathan Bailey, is out of jail on $200,000 bond.
